If you are unable to log into the AgileAssets system and it is a hosted solution, then your problem may be a port problem.
One resolution to this issue is to check if you have the right URL. Sometimes there is ":8080" added to the URL.
For instance, the URL might be "https://hosting.agileassets.com:8080/fleet_customer/Kernel/w_login.jsp"
Change it to not include 8080 and semi colon. The changed URL will be "https://hosting.agileassets.com/fleet_customer/Kernel/w_login.jsp" .
